WTB delivers win #10 in Australia

Dropping back a grade, Wavethebill (WTB) was pushed to the lead from barrier rise. Well rated thereafter by trainer, KerryAnn Morris to a 2 metre victory. Recording an easy 1:53:1 for the mile in his twelfth career victory.

WTB sits behind Kilowatt Kid (23 wins) as Wave Runner’s winningest sibling. One ahead of Bonnie Joan and Sand Wave on 10 wins. The winning list is rounded out by Digital Art, Break Dance and Tuapeka Sky.

His career record stands at 12 wins and 13 placings from 64 starts for NZ$157k stakes money. WTB remains Australasia’s fastest free-legged pacer in a 1:51.1 mile rate. Although has now reverted to hopples.
